बता दें कि पीड़ित बंदी गाजियाबाद का लोनी निवासी रिजवान है. उसको खेकड़ा पुलिस ने करीब डेढ़ महीने पहले 31 मई को एनडीपीएस एक्ट में गिरफ्तार किया गया था.
