Court orders fresh poll in south corporation ward

A Delhi court on Friday declared the civic election of a ward under the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) “null and void” and directed the State Election Commission (SEC) to conduct fresh poll after finding the nomination papers of the winning candidate, AAP’s Pooja, to have been “wrongly accepted”.
