Will clear 77 city bottlenecks in 2yrs: Delhi govt

After depositing a fine of Rs 1 lakh for remaining unrepresented during the last hearing on easing Delhi’s traffic congestion, the AAP government told the Supreme Court on Thursday that it had worked out a detailed roadmap to remove 77 “severe, moderate and mild bottlenecks” in two years.
