सूचना पाकर मौके पर पहुंचे प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने जेसीबी की मदद से दोनों को कुएं से निकालने का प्रयास किया पर असफल रहे. मौके पर एनडीआरएफ की टीम को बुलाया गया.
